Your information is stored on secure servers in the UK. Medical details and clinical photos are encrypted, access is limited to staff who need it, and every access is recorded.

How long we keep it

Clinical records are kept for at least 8 years after your last treatment, in line with professional guidance. You can stop marketing messages at any time.
